Taeya is our office manager who you will be talking to over the phone or communicating with via email, what’s app or texts. She keeps the engineers in order keeps and all our administration work all up to date.
Louie is our newest member who is currently on our plumbing and gas apprenticeship programme. You may see him on our jobs as he is taking notes and getting practical experience from all the team members.
Derek has over 35 years experience in the gas industry. He started as an apprentice at British Gas when he left school and has gained a huge amount of knowledge through the years.
Reece started with the team when he left school. He started a plumbing and heating apprenticeship straight away and has now gone on to become a qualified Gas Safe engineer. Known for his hard work and passion for tidying he is a great asset. His name is regularly mentioned in our customer reviews.

I’m passionate about what I do. I have been running my own business for 12 years now and last year I was invited to become 1 0f 10 Worcester Bosch Installer board panel members. Being a Board member helps with future products coming to the market while being able to test them first hand. I was also invited to become a Bosch product tester last year. I have featured in a couple of Bosch power tool videos, yes the glowing tomato looking one. We are always looking at new products and new ideas to help improve the homes of our customers.
